Appointment Fulfillment Policy
Our appointment setters make calls during the following dialing windows:
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
All dialing is conducted Monday through Thursday.
While we work diligently to fulfill every order within the scheduled dialing period, appointment volume can vary based on lead quality, contact rates, and prospect availability.
If we do not reach the requested number of booked appointments by the end of the dialing cycle, our team will continue dialing during the next available calling period (beginning Monday) until the remaining appointments have been fulfilled.
Our goal is to deliver the number of appointments purchased, and we will continue outreach efforts as needed until your order is completed.
