Strategies for show ratio improvement
To enhance your show ratio, we recommend the following strategies:
Follow-up communications
Implement follow-up strategies to confirm attendance. Send a personalized message a day or two before the appointment to reaffirm the meeting and address any questions.
Lead qualification
Ensure an adequate number of qualified leads are present in your pipeline.
Effective reminders
Use Calendly for automated email and SMS reminders. Set them to send 24 hours and 1 hour before each appointment to increase attendance.

Client show ratio requirement
To maintain the effectiveness of our appointment setting services, we require a minimum show ratio of 15% for scheduled appointments.
Charges for low show ratios
If a client's show ratio falls to 15% or lower within any given week, the client will pay $50. This is aimed at encouraging proactive measures to improve attendance rates.
Non-refundable & fulfillment policy
All payments are non-refundable. By engaging our services, the client agrees that fees are charged for the fulfillment of the agreed-upon number of scheduled appointments.
We guarantee delivery of the ordered appointments and a minimum show ratio of 15%. While we ensure fulfillment of scheduled appointments, we do not guarantee outcomes beyond the 15% attendance.
If the full number of appointments is not initially delivered, we will continue providing services until the agreed-upon quantity is fulfilled. If the show ratio falls below 15%, the client will only be charged $50.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
