Strategies for Show Ratio Improvement

To enhance your show ratio, we recommend the following strategies:​

Follow-Up Communications:

 

Implement follow-up strategies to confirm attendance. Consider sending a personalized message a day or two before the appointment to reaffirm the meeting and address any potential questions or concerns.

Lead Qualification:

 

Ensure that an adequate number of qualified leads are present.

Effective Reminders:

 

Utilize Calendly for automated email and SMS reminders. Set reminders to go out 24 hours and 1 hour before each appointment to increase attendance

Show Ratio Policy

Client Show Ratio Requirement:

To maintain the effectiveness of our appointment setting services, we require a minimum show ratio of 15% for scheduled appointments..

Charges for Low Show Ratios:​

If a client's show ratio falls to 15% or lower within any given week, the client will pay $50. 
This is aimed at encouraging proactive measures to improve attendance rates.
